Cancellation Policy

Bookings of Spa packages must be guaranteed with a credit card number or prepaid. We require a full 48 hours notice when cancelling. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% or the redemption of your gift certificate. We appreciate your consideration regarding our policy.
